Miscellaneous <br /> a. ?he Board discussed with the property owners the proposed subdivision <br /> of Lots 1 thru 11, Block 4, Mounds View Acres Second Addition. The feeling by <br /> the majority of the group was to keep the property as it is and not make any <br /> changes. The Chairman suggested that they get together and have some meetings <br /> to decide what they would like to do with this proposal. This was agreed on <br /> by those attending. <br /> b. The Kenzie property was discussed by the Board as to its best use. <br /> Upon motion by Harty, seconded by Miedtke, to ask the Village Attorney if there <br /> is a legal way to establish a policy related to future zoning on triangle between <br /> Wilson, Lowry and Kenzie Terrace. <br /> • Motion carried. <br /> C* After discussion and motion by Englund, seconded by Kronk, to recommend <br /> to the Council that they authorize the Village engineer to prepare plans for the <br /> closing off of Coolidge Street at 27th Avenue N. E. per recommendation of study <br /> of 1967. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> d. The secretary was directed to contact Albert Villella and have him <br /> attend the March 18, 1969 Planning Board meeting to work out a garage location. <br /> Chairman Howitz turned the Chair over to Chairman Pro Tem Englund. <br /> Louis Howitz presented a request for an 18 ft. side yard variance so that he can <br /> make an addition to his home at 2700 - 27th Avenue N. E. Motion by Kronk, <br /> \seconded by Mesenbring, to recommend to the Council that the variance be approved. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • Chairman Pro Tem Englund turned the Chair back to Chairman Howitz. <br /> 10.
