Gordon Hedlund presented a proposal for a 105 unit apartment development on <br /> the East side of Silver Lake Road between 39th and Silver Lane. Motion by Englund, <br /> seconded by Mesenbring, to recommend to the Council that the proposal be denied. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 11. It was requested that the Village Manager subscribe to publications of the <br /> Urban Land Institute for use by the Planning Board. <br /> 12. The following proposals for Ordinance changes were discussed: <br /> a. That a provision for Town House or Planned Residential Development be <br /> added. <br /> b. 300.05 Sub. 9, Par. (1 ) "Each multiple dwelling shall be constructed <br /> primarily of brick or stone but may use other materials for decorative <br /> purposes. <br /> • c. 300.08 Sub. 4, Next to last sentence "The owner shall provide ---11 to <br /> be written. <br /> d. 1015.03 Sub. 3 Add 11(10) temporary signs advertising functions of service <br /> organizations, such as church groups, Boy Scouts, etc., provided they are <br /> less than 15 sq. ft. in area and are not exposed more than three weeks." <br /> Motion by Harty, seconded by Kronk, to recommend the above changes to the Council. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion to adjourn. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Curt Englund, Acting Secretary <br /> • <br />
