Coolidge Street to remain open. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> c. The board discussed section 300 on zoning and stated that they had no <br /> further changes to recommend. <br /> d. Voice approval was given Bili Lucking for a preliminary approval of a <br /> a machine shop to be located North of Happys Potatoe Chip plant on part <br /> of Lot 1, Block 3, Mounds View Acres-Second Addition. <br /> e. Mr. H.A. Sperry, 3104-39th Avenue N.E. owner of a double bungalow at this <br /> address and also owner of the adjacent lot on the corner of 39th and Mac- <br /> alaster Drive, requested approval to build a 2 car garage on the back of <br /> this lot before building of the dwelling. He also requested a 5 ft. side <br /> yard variance for which the board said they would look with favor when the <br /> plans are presented for the dwelling. <br /> • f. John Wakiriak presented a new proposal for the Hedlund and Wakiriak plat <br /> between Penrod Lane and Macalester Drive North of 39th Avenue N.E.
