The regular meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by the Chairman <br /> Pro-Tem at 7:40 o'clock P.M. <br /> 2. The following were present at roll call: Mesenbring, Ondrey, Miedtke, <br /> Englund, Sartor. <br /> Absent: Kronk, Harty, <br /> 3. The minutes of the regular meeting of June 17, 1969 were approved as sub- <br /> mitted. <br /> a. Motion by Miedtke, seconded by Sartor, to appoint Curt Englund as Chair- <br /> man of the Planning Board for the remainder of 1969. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 4. Public Hearings-None <br /> 5. ,//prdinance Variations <br /> • / a. Motion by Miedtke, seconded by Ondrey, to recommend to the Council that <br /> a 3 ft. 4 inch side yard variance be approved for H.A. Sperry at 3108 39th <br /> Avenue N.E. (Southwest corner of 39th and Macalaster Drive). <br /> \, Motion carried. <br /> 6. Zoning Variations-None <br /> 7. Old Business-None <br /> 8. Building Permits <br /> a. Bill Lucking presented plans for a proposed building to be located on <br /> Foss Road north of Happy's building. Motion by Miedtke, seconded by <br /> Mesenbring to table the request until revised plans are presented with a <br /> parking plan and landscape layout. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Mesenbring, Ondrey, Miedtke, Englund. <br /> Abstain: Sartor. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • 9.
