James Casserly, representing Max Saliterman, opposed the <br /> vacation because of interferring with truck deliveries to the rear of his <br /> building and also traffic from south of Lowry Avenue. No action was taken <br /> by the Board at this time pending a legal opinion from the Village Attorney. <br /> b. No hearing date was set for the close off of 27th Avenue because the <br /> Board wants to study this further. <br /> c. No action was taken on the proposed lot division of Lot 1, Block 3, <br /> Mounds View Acres, Second Addition, because the lot sizes are to be changed. <br /> d. Henry Jenniges appeared and discussed at length the Kenzie property. He <br /> asked the Board if they would consider changing the zoning on the commercial <br /> part of the property to multiple dwelling.
