VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br /> August 19, 1969 <br /> 1. The regular meeting of the Planning Board was called to order by the Chairman <br /> at 7:35 P M. <br /> 2. The following were present at roll call : Mesenbring, Kronk, Ondrey, Englund, <br /> Harty. <br /> Absent : Miedtke, Sartor. <br /> 3. The minutes of the regular meeting of July 15, 1969 were approved as submitted. <br /> 4. Public Hearings-None <br /> 5. Ordinance Variations <br /> a. The request by Play World, Inc. for a variance to allow a sign for the <br /> front and also the side of the building was discussed. Motion by Harty, <br /> seconded by Ondrey, to recommend to the Council that only one sign for <br /> the front of the building be allowed with a 534 sq. ft. variance in sign <br /> area and a 6 ft. variance in height. <br /> • Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Harty, Mesenbring, Ondrey. <br /> Nay : Kronk, Englund. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> b. After discussion a motion by Ondrey, seconded by Harty, to recommend to <br /> the Council that the request to enlarge a garage at 3216-36th Avenue N.E. <br /> by Mr. Fellmont be approved with a one foot side yard variance. <br /> `Motion carried. <br /> c. The request by Albert Holler at 3205 Wendhurst Avenue N. E. to add 9 feet <br /> to his present garage which will require a 2 foot side yard variance was <br /> discussed. Motion by Kronk, seconded by Mesenbring, to recommend to the <br /> Council that the variance be approved. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> d. No one appeared from Elmwood Church. <br /> 6. Zoning Variations-None <br /> 7. Old Business-None <br /> 8. Bui ldi ng Permits <br />
