-2- <br /> a. <br /> 2-a. Bill Lucking submitted final plans for a building to be located on <br /> property north of Happy's Potato Chip building. Motion by Harty, <br /> seconded by Mesenbring, to recommend to the Council that final approval be <br /> granted. <br /> Mo on carried. <br /> A proposal' was presented by Mr. Powers for a Pizza Inn Restaurant to be <br /> located on Lot 7, Block 1, Apache Plaza. After discussion a motion by <br /> Kronk, seconded by Mesenbring, to recommend to the Council that the <br /> proposal be approved with a variance to allow a sign on the east and west <br /> end of the building 16 sq. ft. over allowable sign area. Also the follow- <br /> ing items to be reviewed by Jerry Harty prior to the council meeting. <br /> 1 . Building location <br /> 2. Parking lot layout <br /> 3. Landscaping plan <br /> 4. No curb cuts on Stinson Blvd. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 9. Miscellaneous <br /> • a. Happy's Industrial Plat #2 was reviewed by the Planning Board. Motion <br /> by Kronk, seconded by Mesenbring, to recommend to the Council that the <br /> plat be approved. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> b. The Apache Terrace Plat was presented for final approval. Motion by <br /> Mesenbring, seconded by Kronk, to recommend to the Council that the plat <br /> be approved. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 10.
