VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> June 15, 1971 <br /> • 1. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ondrey at 7:30 o'clock P .M. <br /> 2. The following were present at roll call : Herman, Parrill , Kronk, Ondrey, <br /> Letourneau, Carlson, Bratland. <br /> 3. The minutes of the May 18, 1971 meeting were approved as presented. <br /> 4. Public Hearing-None <br /> 5. Ordinance Variations <br /> a. Motion by Herman, seconded by Bratland, to recommend to the Council <br /> that the request by Deluxe Bakery to repaint a sign on the east wall of <br /> their building be denied. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Ayej Merman, Parrill , Ondrey, Letourneau, Carlson, Bratland. <br /> Nay: Kronk <br /> Moti-tin carried. <br /> b./Motion by Bratland, seconded by Parrill, to recommend to the Council to <br /> allow Horizen Development Company a second 64 sq. ft. sign in the St. <br /> Anthony Office Park. The sign approval to be for a 6 month period with <br /> option to renew if requested. The sign to read 'Will build to suit <br /> tennant, etc." <br /> \ Motion carried. <br /> 6. zon n�g�Variations-None <br /> 7. Old Business-None <br /> 8. BuiIdingzPermits <br /> a. Motion by Carlson, seconded by Parrill, to recommend to the Council that <br /> the final plans for P.D.Q. Store and Kentucky Fried Chicken be approved <br /> excluding signs. Also approve preliminary plat of P.D.Q. Addition. <br /> emotion carried. <br /> -b: Motion by Bratland, seconded by Parrill , to recommend to the Council that <br /> • the plans for an addition to the St. Anthony Nursing Home as presented <br /> by Mr. Ben Gingold be approved. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Herman, Parrill , Kronk, Ondrey, Letourneau, Bratland. <br /> Abstain: Carlson <br /> �\ Motion carried. <br />
