VILLAGE OF ST, ANTHONY <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> March 21, 1972 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:35 P.M. <br /> The following were present at roll call : <br /> Herman, Kronk, Bratland Letourneau, Ondrey <br /> Absent : Carlson, Parr i l l <br /> The minutes of the February 15, 1972 meeting were corrected as follows : <br /> Page 2, 4th line from the bottom the word Ordinance should be changed to <br /> Resolution. <br /> Motion by Kronk, seconded by Letourneau to approve the minutes as amended. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> The tabled action on the Robert Christen garage was discussed. Motion by Ondrey, <br /> seconded by Herman to deny the request for a garage 40 ft. x 72 ft. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> • Aye: Herman, Ondrey <br /> Nay: Kronk, Bratland, Letourneau <br /> Motion not carried. <br /> Motion by Kronk, seconded by Bratland to recommend to the Council that the garage <br /> be approved with the stipulation that the land be divided and replatted and a <br /> signed agreement be made with the Village stating that if the property and the <br /> business is sold it cannot continue at this location and that the garage must <br /> be removed. Village Attorney to check if any other legal action is necessary. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Kronk, Bratland, Letourneau <br /> Nay: Herman, Ondrey <br /> Motion Carried <br /> �nis Johnson presented plans for a townhouse and apartment complex on Foss Road. <br /> Nine townhouses with a total of 76-2 bedroom units. There would be four 24 unit <br /> one bedroom apartment units for a total of 96 apartment units. <br /> Motion by Ondrey, seconded by Herman to recommend to the Council that a public <br /> hearing be held to consider this proposal and the zoning change needed. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> • Aye: Herman, Bratland, Ondrey <br /> Nay: Letourneau , Kronk <br /> Motion Carried. <br />
