-2- <br /> Mr. <br /> 2-Mr. Howard Dahlgren of Midwest Planning and Research, Inc. discussed the suggested <br /> new commercial zoning district for the Village of St. Anthony as prepares-1 by <br /> them. It was stated that this would result in better control over what <br /> type of business would be allowed in a commercial area. No action was taken <br /> by the board on the Rembrandt Enterprises proposal for Silver Lake Road. A joint <br /> meeting with the Planning Board and the Council was suggested to discuss the <br /> suggested new commercial zoning district. <br /> Motion by Kronk.. seconded by Letourneau to recommend that Council approve the <br /> addition requested by John Mezzenga to his building on Chandler Drive. Blacktop <br /> to be done and exterior of building to match existing building. The existing <br /> building is 50 ft. by 130 ft. The addition is 49 ft. by 80 ft. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> `Motion by Ondrey, seconded by Kronk to recommend that the Council approve the <br /> sign as requested by P.D.Q. food store providing no more lettering is placed <br /> than is shown on picture. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> The following resolution concerning the maintenance of property values in the <br /> Village of St. Anthony was passed and is submitted to the Council for approval. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Bratland, Ondrey, Kronk, Letourneau <br /> Ray: Herman <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Motion by Ondrey, seconded by Kronk, to recommend to the Council that a ground <br /> sign for Poppin Fresh Pies Restaurant be approved. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Ondrey, Kronk, Herman <br /> Nay: Bratland, Letourneau <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Motion by Kronk, seconded by Letourneau to adjourn. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> Harry Lekson <br /> Secretary <br /> i <br />
