-3- <br /> Commission's concurrence to recommend its official adoption. <br /> Motionrz,rried, <br /> Ordinance 1972-005 was submitted to the Planning commission for their concurr- <br /> ence and consideration. <br /> Motion by Carlson, secrn3nd by Letaurneati to convey to Council Planning Commiss- <br /> ion's concurrence to recommend its offir•ial adoption. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Ordinance 1972-006. 3t was noted that no official action was necessary on this, <br /> but the changes in this ordinance was noted. <br /> Motion by McGinn, seconded by Kronk to convey to Council the Planning Commission's <br /> concurrence to recommend its official adoption. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> The long range plan of the Planning Commission was explained in general to Mrs. <br /> McGinn,, in that it looks for two accomplishments, inventory of available property <br /> in tits: Villege and hrna that property is zoned, and an inventory of Village <br /> eacilitles and what; charges, additions or repairs need to be made. <br /> Mr. 9ratland noted that he would like to take part in the long range plan and <br /> • would liko to encourage other members of the Planning Commission to do the same. <br /> Letotirnee-i offered to take the responsibility of setting up meetings and <br /> complate the information needed for the long range pian. <br /> Motion by Carlson, seconded b7 Kronk to adjourn at 9:30 P.M. <br /> Motion carried, <br /> Eileen Bier nat, <br /> Recording Secy. <br />
