-2- <br /> Motion <br /> 2-Motion by Bratland, seconded by Parrill to recommend excavation and foundation <br /> permit be issued and that the overall construction plan be approved subject to a <br /> final determination by Planning Commission and Council. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Johnson assured the Commission they would come back for approval of the land- <br /> scape plan and would try to coincide it with the landscape plan of adjoining <br /> \ properties. <br /> Mr. Bratland, with the concurrence of the entire Planning Commission wished to <br /> express a desire for better communications between the Planning Commission and the <br /> Village Council , in that they communicate to the Planning Commission what there <br /> intention is, what direction they wish the Planning Commission to take and in <br /> those matters where it is not obvious what the Planning Commission role is, the <br /> Planning Commission would like to know what the Council is looking for. <br /> Parrill asked to be excused at 8:45 P.M. <br /> Mr. Bratland excused Mr. Parrill at 8:45 P.M. <br /> Motion by Carlson, seconded by Kronk to table action on J's Restaurant until <br /> there is a proposal for the Planning Commission to evaluate. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> • Mr. Lekson explained that he had obtained a few fence ordinances from other <br /> communities, but that he would probably obtain others from surrounding <br /> communities that might be of value to the Planning Commission in discussing an <br /> ordinance for the Village. <br /> Mr. Lekson offered to obtain the ordinances and send them to the Commission <br /> members for their consideration. <br /> Motion by McGinn, seconded by Letourneau to table action on the ordinance until <br /> the Planning Commission have had a chance to evaluate the ordinances Mr. Lekson <br /> might obtain. <br /> Mr. Bratland informed the Commission that he has an appointment with the School <br /> hoard to see how the pathways program could be arranged to coincide with school <br /> bus routes, and that he would be prepared to come before the Commission in <br /> September with some concrete answers in regard to the pathways. <br /> Unofficially, action on pathways was tabled until the September meeting. <br /> Ordinance 1972-003 was submitted to the Planning Commission for their concurrencf- <br /> and consideration. <br /> Motion by Kronk, seconded by Dratland to convey to Council the Planning Commissi" <br /> concurrence to recommend its official adoption. <br /> • Motion carried. <br /> Ordinance 1972-004 was submitted to the Planning Commission for their concurr- <br /> ence and consideration. <br /> Motion by McGinn and seconded by Kronk to convey to Council the Planning <br />
