ANTHOMY <br /> PLANNIMG IOA"D HEETIMG <br /> • . ;Sprtember 190972 <br /> Chairman Ory Rratland opened the meeting at 7:30 P.M. <br /> Present at roll call : Grace McGinn, Richard Letourneau, Ory Rratland, Dick <br /> Parrill, Donald 'Kronk and Thomas Ondrey. <br /> Also present: nuilding Inspector, Harry Lekson <br /> Absent: 2ichard Carlson <br /> The minutes of the previous meeting were read. Corrections were as follows: <br /> Page 1, para. 11 to read: Motion by Kronk, seconded by Parrill to <br /> recommend for approval the request by nob Dircks, and a building permit <br /> be issued, and the matter not be pursued further to the Council. <br /> Motion by Carlson, seconded by Kronk to approve minutes as corrected. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. David Hamra representing Real Estate "10" appeared before the Planning <br /> Roard to request rezoning of S. 199.2 feet of Lot 6, Block 9, hounds View <br /> Acres, 2nd Addition presently zoned multiple to commercial to allow the <br /> • construction of a Superette. This would be a superette that would face 37th <br /> Avenue near Chandler. <br /> The Planning loard discussed the concept of a third superette along 37th Avenue <br /> and the additional traffic problems it would create. <br /> Motion by 1(ronk, seconded by Ondrey to table action on this request until the <br /> next meeting of the Planning Roa rd. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Ondrey, Kronk <br /> May: McGinn, Letourneau, Rratland, Parrill <br /> Motion not carried. <br /> The request was discussed further by the Planning Roard. <br /> Motion by Parrill, seconded by McGinn to deny the request for rezoning. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: McGinn, Letourneau, Kronk, Rratland, Parrill <br /> Nay: Ondrey <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Request denied. <br />
