Remaining members of <br /> the Planning Board concurred in Mr. Ondrey's comment. <br /> Mr. Lekson presented to the Council a plan presented by Mr. Mario Romani of <br /> 3506 Skycroft Drive for a dog run with concrete apron and septic tank located <br /> by kennel for drainage. Planning Board deemed no action was necessary, but <br /> Village Manager should provide Mr. Romani with letter of acknowledgment. <br /> Grace McGinn offered several comments in regard to a fence ordinance based on her <br /> study of fence ordinances in force in neighbororing communities and the fence <br /> ordinance proposed for St. Anthony Village several years.ago. <br /> The Planning Board discussed the fence proposal in detail and came up with <br /> several suggestions and recommendations which were noted by Mrs. McGinn. <br /> Motion by Parrill, seconded by Kronk to have Chairman Bratland direct Mrs. <br /> McGinn to prepare an ordinance type proposal based on the recommendations of <br /> the Planning Board and turn it over to Mr. Letourneau for presentation to the <br /> Council on 9/2%9. <br /> • Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Parrill, seconded by Latour neau to adjourn. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Adjournment 11:00 P.M. <br />
