VILLAGE OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> . PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> July 17, 1973 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Vice Chairman McGinn at 7:30 P.M. <br /> The following were present at roll call: Johnson, LeTourneau, Kronk, McGinn, <br /> Carlson and Ondrey. <br /> Absent: Parrill <br /> Also present: Harry Lekson <br /> The following are corrections to the minutes of June 19, 1973: <br /> Page 2: A public hearing should have been indicated in the recommendation <br /> on ther permit to Mr. & Mrs. Strege. <br /> Page 2: Mrs. Grace McGinn was voted Vice Chairman rather than Chairman <br /> Pro Tem. <br /> Motion by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Mrs. McGinn to approve the minutes as <br /> corrected. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Two motions were made regarding Lot 45, Aud. Sub. #365 which is located on <br /> Silver Lake Road between W. Armour Terrace and 30th Avenue N.E. <br /> Motion by Mr. Carlson, second3d by Mr. Letourneau that the lot be evenly split <br /> into two sections each 133.5 feet. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: All in favor <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Mr. Letourneau and seconded by Mr. Johnson that when a building is to <br /> be erected on the south 133.5 ft. of Lot 45 that it should not be closer than <br /> 23; ft. to Silver Lake +Road thereby lining up with the house built on the <br /> 30th Avenue side. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Lekson presented the replatting maps of St. Anthony Park since Mr. Dick <br /> Gay of the Horizon Development Co. was not at the meeting. Mr. Lekson pointed <br /> out the improvements he saw in the replatting especially in regard to the <br /> setting of permanent lot lines. <br /> Motion by Kronk, seconded by Mr. Letourneau to recommend to the Council that <br /> the replatting of St. Anthony Park be accepted. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
