ti <br /> -2- <br /> Mrs. McGinn volunteered to represent the Planning Board at the next Council <br /> meeting since Mr. Johnson had substituted for her on July 10th. It was then <br /> decided that Mr. Lekson would continue scheduling the Planning Board members <br /> a earance before the Council. <br /> Motion by Mr. Letourneau, seconded by Mr. Carlson to recommend to the Council <br /> that a building permit be granted for Lot 3, Block`of the Christenson Add'n. <br /> at 3926 Fordham Drive which is undersized according to the Village ordinances. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Monroe Hall, Fire Chief and Mr. John Slanga, Fire Marshall, presented <br /> their proposal to have the Village divided into three zones which would re- <br /> strict the construction of commercial buildings to be built in each area <br /> according to the zone in which it was erected. <br /> Board members were given pertinent materials on these proposals and the Fire <br /> Department representatives were invited back to the next Planning Board meeting <br /> to receive the reactions of the Board after they had considered the matter. <br /> Motion by Mr. Kronk, seconded by Mr. Ondrey to adjourn at 8:35 P.M. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Helen J.
