Donatelle showed the Board a rough drawing of the one story, 4,000 sq. ft.
building they proposed to construct to house the machine shop they have been
operating in a garage for the last six years. Although the potential buyers of the land stated they would like to dig
the footings before winter, Mr. Parrill told them that the Board could not
recommend approval for a building permit on the drawings they had presented but
would indicate to the Council that the Board members were in favor of the concept
of the machine shop proposed to be built on the Henkel property.
Motion by Mrs. McGinn, seconded by Mr. Johnson to recommend for approval the re-
,platting of Lots 1- and 2 of the Moundsview Addition subject to an authorized
survey of the property.
Motion„curried.
Mr. Wm.
