E. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br /> MOTION BY MR. M. <br /> TWO NEIGHBORS OF MRS MUNKBERG, WHO HAD MADE THE REQUEST TO REBUILD HER HOME WHICH <br /> HAD BEEN DESTROYED BY FIRE, WERE PRESENT FOR THE HEARING. THEY WERE MR. AND MRS. <br /> THOMAS B. OlROURKE, 3500 ROOSEVELT N. E. , AND THEY EXPRESSED THEIR CONCERN WITH <br /> THE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS OF THE PROPERTY. THEY FELT THE WRECKING JOB WAS IN COM— <br /> PLETE AND WERE INTERESTED IN STEPS THE CITY WOULD TAKE TO ASSURE THE PROPERTY WAS <br /> KEPT UP PROPERLY IN THE EVENT A STRUCTURE WAS NOT ERECTED RIGHT AWAY. MR. LEKSON <br /> INDICATED THE WRECKING CREW WOULD COMPLETE THEIR WORK AS SOON AS THE WEATHER PER— <br /> MITTED AND THE USUAL PROCEDURES WOULD BE FOLLOWED TO ASSURE THAT THE PROPERTY DID <br /> NOT BECOME AN EYESORE OR A HAZARD TO THE NEIGHBORING CHILDREN. <br /> MOTION BY MR.
