Walbom, 3225 Skycroft Drive, sought conceptual approval for the <br /> erection of a 60 x 192 ft. one story office building on the property now used by <br /> the Walbom Excavating Comrany at 3242 Old Highway 8. <br /> Mr. Walbom agreed with the decision to table action until May 21, 1974 on his <br /> proposal so that it could be included for consideration by the Board as they <br /> wiDrked on the revision of the zoning ordinance. <br /> Mr. Joseph Sroga lot size variances of 3 feet each for two lots he owns at 3200 <br /> and 3204 Roosevelt St. N.E. He plans to build a house on the south lot and pointed <br /> out that, although the lots were 3 feet under width size required by ordinance, <br /> that each exceeded the square footage requirements since they both were 10,800 <br /> sq. ft. <br />
