-2- <br /> Mr. Marks and Mr. Letourneau said they would have preferred denying the request since <br /> 16 they felt there should have been two rather than one request for variances with one fb r <br /> more signage than allowed by ordinance and the other for an additional free standing sign. <br /> Motion by Mr. Marks, seconded by Mr. Hiebel to take no action on the request from American <br /> Monarch to rezone the easterly 150 feet of Apache Terrace from Light Industrial to <br /> Commercial to permit construction of a Country Kitchen restaurant because no one appeared <br /> to present the request. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Mr. Hiebel and seconded by Mr. Rymarchick to indicate that the Planning Board <br /> will comply with the State Indoor Clean Air Act during any public meeting after August <br /> 1st, 1975 and that no smoking will be allowed in the chambers while the Planning Board <br /> meeting is in session. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Mr. Bowerman, seconded by Mr. Fgmarchick to request that the installation <br /> of the identifying sign for the Herfurth Realty Company be subject to examination to <br /> ascertain whether it conforms with the intention of the Council when they granted a <br /> variance to the sign ordinance for its erection. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Mr. Marks, seconded by Mr. Bowerman to adjourn the meeting at 8:20 P.M. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Helen J.
