AMTHONY <br /> • PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> 11/18/75 <br /> The Planning Board meeting was called to order at 7:36 P.M. by Chairman <br /> Letourneau. <br /> Present at roll call : Cowan, Rymarchick, Johnson, Letourneau. <br /> Absent: Hiebel , Bowerman, Marks. <br /> The minutes of the October 21 , 1975 were reviewed and the following corrections <br /> were made: <br /> Page 2, para. 2, to read: Voting on the motion: Aye-Hiebel , Marks, <br /> Letourneau, Boerman, Rymarchick; Nay-None; Abstain-Cowan. <br /> Page 3, para. 11 , "felt" not "flet" <br /> Page 5, para. 3, strike "Councilman", the proposed building would be owned <br /> by "Mr. Gould". <br /> Motion by Rymarchick, seconded by Cowan to approve the minutes of October 21 , <br /> 1975 as corrected. <br /> Voting on the motion: <br /> Aye: Cowan, Rymarchick, Letourneau <br /> Nay: None <br /> Abstain: Johnson <br /> IThePlanning Board discussed the request of William Barbush, Bryant Investment <br /> Company, for a Public Hearing to consider his desire to obtain a zoning change <br /> from "R-1" and "C" (S.E. corner) to entirely "C" on Plat 63507, Parcel 7620 <br /> (approx. 2651 Kenzie Terrace) . Although Mr. Barbush was not present to make <br /> a presentation, Mr. Richard Ernst, who knew about the proposal , spoke on his <br /> behalf. After some discussion on the adequacy of information provided, the <br /> following motion was made: <br /> Motion by Cowan, seconded by Johnson to recommend to the City Council that <br /> Bryant Investment Company be granted their requested Public Hearing on a zoning <br /> change from "R-1" and "C"to entirely "C" on Plat 63507, Parcel 7620 for a <br /> proposed retail and professional offices building. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Because of the lack of space for the Council meeting in the next room, the <br /> Planning Board switched rooms with the Council . <br /> George Marks arrived at 8:05 P.M. <br /> • The Public Hearing on the request of Richard Ernst and American Monarch to <br /> rezone the easterly 322 feet of Apache Terrace, Block 1 , Lot 1 from Light <br /> Industrial to Commercial to permit construction of a Country Kitchen restaurant <br /> and offices, to be located in two buildings, was opened at 8:20 P.M. <br /> y--r,r� �-�,•' .-_.ten_ <br />
