She indicated the fire station preliminary plans would be 2 before the Commission in a conceptual basis in June. 3 4 Ms. Hall added that the Council also agreed to close the Stonehouse with preliminary plans for 5 that site before the Commission in June. 6 She stated LaNel would be before the Commission in July. 7 8 Commissioner Tillman asked if the joint meeting was open to the public. Ms. Hall stated this 9 would be open to the public, as are all public meetings. 10 11 Ms. Hall reviewed the Northwest Quadrant efforts that have taken place and stated a TIF review 12 would take place in June with the Commission to potentially review the preliminary PUD in 13 August. Ms. Hall noted there would be a joint Council/Planning Commission meeting on June 3, 14 2003 at 6:30 p.m. and encouraged all to attend. 15 16 17 Acting Chair Stille questioned what defined the TIF district. Ms. Hall stated this will be defined 18 in the TIF plans and will be discussed at the June 3, 2003 joint meeting with Council. 19 20 X. ANNOUNCEMENTS. Commissioner Hanson noted there were two new businesses within Apache Plaza called Village 16 Blend and Elray Bakery. He stated both were doing well and invited the Commissioner's to visit 23 these new establishments. 24 25 Commissioner Stromgren noted he attended the workshop sponsored by GTS titled, "Beyond the 26 Basics"and recommended all Commissioners attend. 27 28 XI.
