Some of the sites were to include additional components sucli as a <br /> cemetery office clue to their potential location <br /> The three viable proposed sites were <br /> a • The Maintenance Yard Site located on the west side of the property <br /> • Thee Exisnng Mausoleum Site area behind the existing main mausoleum on the west side <br /> • The Last Entrance Entry Gate area on the east side—currently occupied by the cemetery office <br /> Other non viable sites were investigated but not pursued further These sites were the Tower Circle and the northeast corner north of St Anthony Blvd <br /> The purpose of the analysis was to determine the advantages and disadvantages of each of the sites so that a decision could be made as to the best location for a new funeral home Each site was analyzed in Lei ins of the <br /> following categories <br /> • Location <br /> Zoning <br /> • Size <br /> • Topography <br /> Acccssibihty <br /> • Image <br /> • Utilities <br /> Parking <br /> • Function <br /> PROJECT NO 20425 <br /> ' Page-4 <br /> November 16,2004 <br />
