Also if a conditional permit is <br /> needed to change the original zoning for this area evidently used car lots were not <br /> intended for this area. <br /> The only access to that property is from 29' Ave NE. We do not intend to let <br /> vehicles use our Anthony lane driveway, or our parking lot as a public access to <br /> their property. Mr. O'Connor said he would have 15 to 18 vehicles and he would <br /> put them inside at nights. We feel the building at that location cannot accommodate <br /> that many vehicles and some would be left outside and that property would look like <br /> a used car lot 24 hours a day.
