Pertinent facts and comparisons of the:new and old plan are as follow: • The City of St.'Arithony Liquor Store and the Retail Building connect on the west side remain unchanged in design and size. • The building area on the north end of the'site has been modified from a 6,000 s.f.- Restaurant to a 4,500 s.f. multi-tenant building. • Negotiations on a final lease have begun with a restaurant to,-take 3,500-s.f. on the west end of the existing retail building. It is anticipated that as of the meeting date (April 19), the restaurant tenant will have made application for a liquor license. • Total building areas have beenreduced by 1,500 s.f.- • Total greenspace has been reduced by I%. This is due to the addition of a,drive- thru on the east side of the new 4,500 s.f-building. • Paved area has-increase 3%. .This is due to the addition of a drive-duu on the east side of the new 4,500 s.f. building. • There are two less parking stalls provided now than,originally planned.. .
