Copies of ordinances prohibiting the discharge of foundation <br /> drains and/or roof leaders to the sanitary disposal system as well as copies of <br /> ordinances requiring the disconnection of existing foundation drains, sump pumps <br /> and roof leaders from the sanitary disposal system should be included. <br /> b. Information on the extent, source and significance of existing I/I problems along <br /> with an analysis of costs for remediation. <br /> c. Implementation plan including program strategy, priorities, scheduling, and <br /> financing mechanisms for eliminating and preventing excessive 1/1 from entering <br /> the system. <br /> Requirements for Areas Not Served by the Regional System <br /> 1. Adopted community forecast of households and employees in 10-year increments to <br /> 2030 (based on Council's 2030 forecasts with any subsequent negotiated <br /> modifications). <br /> 2. Description of community's management program for on-site sewage treatment to <br /> comply with MPCA 7080, and a copy of the community's current on-site ordinance. <br /> 3. Map showing the locations of existing public and private treatment systems, if any, <br /> including package treatment plants and group on-site systems. <br /> 4. Map identifying location of on-site sewage disposal systems. Location of known non- <br /> conforming systems or systems with known problems should be identified. <br /> 5. Description of conditions under which private, community treatment systems (for <br /> example, package treatment plants, community drainfields) would be allowed. <br /> Examples of such conditions should include allowable land uses, installation <br /> requirements,management requirements, and local government responsibilities. <br /> 6. Capacity of and existing flows to public and private treatment systems. <br /> 7. Brief description of the community's sewer system plan (proposed to 2030) including <br /> the following information: <br /> a. Projected flows in 2010, 2020 and 2030. <br /> b. Local objectives, policies and strategies for preventing and reducing excessive <br /> infiltration and inflow including sump pumps and drain tile in the local sewer <br /> system. <br /> c. Proposed timing and financing of any expanded/new wastewater treatment <br /> facilities. <br /> d. Copies of facility planning reports for the upgrading of the wastewater treatment <br /> plants. <br /> 8. Map showing the service areas through 2030, staging plan if available, and any <br /> proposed changes in governmental boundaries affecting the community, including any <br /> areas designated for orderly annexation. <br />
