As you will see from the materials,some don't have lot size requirements and others do. <br /> Apparently,as stated on the American Planning Association web site, some communities are even <br /> beginning to differentiate between planned residential developments,(PRDs) and the other,more common <br /> planned unit developments (PUDs).
