PUD Lot Size <br /> 1655.02 Definitions. <br /> Subd. 1. PUD. A PUD is a zoning district and development plan which may include single or mixed <br /> uses, and one or more lots or parcels, and which is intended to create a more flexible, creative and <br /> efficient approach to the use of land. Any PUD shall be subject to the procedures, standards and <br /> regulations contained in this Section 1655. A PUD site must be at least 1 acre in size, and applications <br /> for PUD approval will not be considered for sites of less than 1 acre. <br /> Comparisons: <br /> Golden Valley no minimum lot size. <br /> St. Louis Park The maximum nonresidential density is 1.5 FAR and the maximum residential density is <br /> 50 units per acre. In determining density, the total nonresidential floor area or number of <br /> residential units shall be divided by the land associated with each use, including <br /> building coverage and parking/bufferyard areas associated with the use and a <br /> proportion of the on-site usable open space. Stormwater ponds and public/private <br /> streets and alleys shall be excluded from land calculations. Maximum densities may be <br /> increased by up to 50 percent at the sole discretion of City Council. <br /> Brooklyn Park There may be no minimum property area for the Development Plan. However, if a <br /> property is less than three acres in size, the applicant must demonstrate to the <br /> satisfaction of the city that the property cannot be reasonably combined with adjacent <br /> properties, and that the type and design of the development is compatible with adjacent <br /> areas and land uses. <br /> Roseville No minimum. <br /> Richfield not less than 43,560 square feet in lot area.
