He reported that he contacted <br /> Theresa Hawk, the owner of vacant building,which was previously the location of the Kentucky Fried Chicken <br /> restaurant for several years. Ms. Hawk is also the owner and proprietor of Brownie's Restaurant. <br /> Staff suggested, based on the information that Mr. Hamann provided, that his business would be better situated <br /> in the Industrial Park. Mr. Hamann reported that he does not use paints, lacquers,polishes, etc., as part of his <br /> automotive customizing services and didn't feel his business would be out of place adjacent to Brownie's <br /> Restaurant. He agreed that he did customizing detailing, but mostly through an applique process,i.e. tinted <br /> windows. He also does customized tires,rims, auto interiors, stereo and speaker installation, and security system <br /> installation. <br /> The only automotive use permitted in the Commercial Zoning District are for auto accessory or parts stores <br /> (1632.02 (i)).
