We will be offering many after market products for sale and installation, custom tires and rims, custom interiors, window tinting, stereo and speaker products and installation, security systems installation etc. BUILDING ##2 SITE PLAN OVERVIEW Upon entrance to the site in question from Kenzie Terrace, building#2 will be on the left hand(north) side of the lot across from "Brownies" restaurant. 3 feet in front of the double door entrance to the building is a fire lane to ensure adequate entrance and exit in case of a fire emergency. Immediately to the right of the fire lane are 2 handicap parking spots followed by 4 more parking spots. Further to the right of the 6h parking spot, on the east end of the lot, are 6 more parking spots lined perpendicular to the previous 6 spots. Diagonally left(northwest) from lane 11 is the dumpster area which is outside. The city site plan of this 18 by 8 foot area seems to have this section enclosed as part of tl�e building so I had drawn it that way as well. West of lanes 10 and 11 is a bay door entrance to the building to allow passage of vehicles into the detail bay and shop area. This area is where all the installations will take place: Window tinting, interiors, stereo and security systems, tires and rims, etc. After entering through the bay door you will see an emergency exit door to your left. Heading west through the shop area brings you to the showroom. This is where our best work and products will be displayed. Upon entrance to the showroom to the left will be a handicap r accessible restroom for our guests. Along the north, west, and south sides of the owr oom are windows displaying products and vehicles to passersby. I J
