Fence Height Variance—2916 Silver Lake Court <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Assistant_City Manager Kim Moore-Sykes presented the application and supplemental <br /> 19 information for a fence height variance. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Mrs. Koine Johnson, 2916 Silver Lake Court, addressed the Planning Commission and explained <br /> 22 the height variance request is so they could match up their fence with the neighbors for aesthetic <br /> 23 reasons and to reduce the impact of traffic noise and lights. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Commissioner Jenson requested that Mrs. Johnson point out the location of the fence on the <br /> 26 aerial map. He indicated that the quote is for the six foot fence and questioned whether the <br /> 27 applicant had a quote for an eight foot fence. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Mrs. Johnson pointed out the location of the proposed fence. She stated she has received a quote <br /> 30 for an eight foot fence and would provide it to staff. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Assistant City Manager Kim Moore-Sykes reported that Mr. and Mrs. Johnson would not be <br /> 33 back before the Planning Commission until March 2008 due to a planned vacation in February <br /> 34 2008. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 VIII.
