He was told <br /> that he may not be in compliance in using a commercial site as a location for his assembly. <br /> Upon contacting the Planning Staff,Mr. Chu was advised that the use he is proposing for a site in the Northgate <br /> Business Center requires a conditional permitted use (1635.03 (c) ) and was informed about the application and <br /> public hearing processes. He agreed to participate in a Concept Review at the June 17`'' Planning Commission <br /> meeting to discuss the need for a conditional use permit. <br /> Application Review: None received; agreed to come before the Planning Commission for a Concept Review. <br /> Analysis: <br /> Communications: Staff has received no phone calls regarding this group's proposed use of the property.
