TCCA,as the only <br /> English/Chinese bilingual church in St. Anthony, seeks to serve the local community by offering <br /> information on available resources and promoting understanding. <br /> In addition to the responses to the above-noted criteria,the Planning Commission also discussed with Mr. Chu <br /> the TCCA's parking requirements and if the Northgate site offered sufficient parking. Mr. Chu responded that <br /> the Assembly's main hours of operation are Wednesday and Friday evenings and Sunday from 10:00 am to 1:00 <br /> pm. These times are off times for the other businesses and organizations located at Northgate Business Center. <br /> Mr. Chu added that while he estimates that there are between 50—60 parking spaces available,the TCCA group <br /> uses about 20 parking spaces and there are no plans to expand the church. <br /> Communications: Staff has received no phone calls regarding this group's proposed use of the property.
