REPORTS FROM STAFF <br /> 6 <br /> 7 Assistant City Manager Moore-Sykes reported on the following: <br /> 8 ■ Staff has received the final copies on the City Code re-codification. The information will <br /> 9 be presented to Council for review and final approval in the next few months. <br /> 10 ■ The Comprehensive Plan will be submitted to the Metropolitan Council once the required <br /> 11 Water Survey Plan has been completed. Approval will likely be in October. Chair <br /> 12 Stromgren confirmed with Assistant City Manager Moore-Sykes that the Water Reuse <br /> 13 Project will be included in the Plan. <br /> 14 ■ The City Council approved the Park Commission recommendation to proceed with the <br /> 15 Emerald Park Renovation Project. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 XI. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 None. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 XII. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Commissioner Jenson inquired about the timeline for the Silver Lake Road project. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Assistant City Manager Moore-Sykes stated things have slowed down a bit due to the rain,but <br /> 26 the project is basically on time. It is expected that the first layer will be down by November and <br /> 27 the project will be finished in the spring. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 XIII.
