He asked about the possibility of rezoning this property to an R-2. Mr. Albert is interested in <br /> redeveloping 3903 Foss Road into an R-2 use. Currently the property is designated at R-3 but the structure has <br /> being used for light industrial/commercial uses. Staff explained that the City usually does not spot zone,but he <br /> can certainly bring his proposal before the City Planning Commission for their review and comments. Staff also <br /> advised Mr. Albert that this meeting would not provide with permission to change the zoning designation; that <br /> he would have to apply for a zoning change and go through the public hearing process.
