CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 7:57 P.M. <br />6 I1. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Secretary Marks, and Commissioners Cavanaugh <br />8 and Thuesen. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Momson and City Attorney Jerry Gilligan. <br />10 Commissioners Absent: Vice -Chair Faust. <br />1 I III. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 10, 1998 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Marks, second by Cavanaugh to approve the February 10, 1998 HRA Agenda <br />13 as presented. <br />14 Motion carried unanimously. <br />15 IV. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 13, 1998 HRA MINUTES. <br />16 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the January 13, 1998 HRA minutes as <br />17 presented. <br />40 Motion carried unanimously. <br />19 <br />V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />20 <br />Motion <br />by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the following claims: <br />21 <br />A. <br />Repayments of Tax Settlement: <br />22 <br />1. Hennepin County Treasurer in the amount of $23.82 for the negative <br />23 <br />balance in the December 1997 settlement. <br />24 <br />B. <br />City Hall/Community Center: <br />25 <br />1. Williams/O'Brien Associates, Inc. in the amount of $6,000.00 for <br />26 <br />architectural services rendered October 27, 1996 through December 28, <br />27 <br />1997. <br />28 <br />C. <br />Payments to Developers: <br />29 <br />1. Central Investment Corporation in the amount of $12,500.00 for <br />30 <br />Nedegaard Construction Company, Lot 8, Block 1, The Village <br />31 <br />Commons. <br />32 <br />D. <br />Agent Fees for City Hall/Community Center: <br />33 <br />1. Spingsted Incorporated in the amount of $200.00 for continuing disclosure <br />34 <br />reporting services $1,770,000 General Obligation Tax Increment Bonds, <br />35 <br />Series 1996A. <br />36 <br />E. <br />Legal: <br />1. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of $266.00 for legal services rendered <br />through December 31, 1997. <br />39 <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />
