ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />MAY 24, 2016 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Present: Mayor Faust Councilmembers Brever, Gray, Jenson and Stille <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present: City Manager Mark Casey and City Engineer Todd Hubmer, <br />Guests: Marilyn Jenson, and Amir Nadav, Solar Consultant <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />ITEMS. <br />I. APPROVAL OF THE MAY 24, 2016, CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Brever, to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of May 24, 2016. <br />Motion carried 5 -0. <br />II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />A. Presentation of Salo Park Concert Series <br />Ms. Marilyn Jenson appeared before Council to present the 2016 Salo Park Summer Concert <br />Series. Ms. Jenson reviewed the background of Salo Park and the Concert Series. The concerts <br />are held at Silver Lake Village and are held on Thursday evenings 7:00 — 8:00 p.m. from June 23 <br />— August 11. The amphitheater is located on 39`" Avenue NE between Silver Lake Road and <br />Stinson Boulevard. The schedule is as follows: <br />June 23 — Ecuador Manta <br />June 30 — St. Anthony Civic Orchestra <br />July 7 — Jazz on the Prairie Big Band <br />July 14 — Shoreview Northern Lights Variety Band <br />July 21 — Calhoun Isles Community Band <br />July 28 — 2 Cats Swing <br />Aug 4 — Dennis Warner in Concert <br />Aug 11 — Everett Smithson Band <br />In case of inclement weather, concerts will be held at the St. Anthony Community Center, 3301 <br />Silver Lake Road. <br />
