The City pays the <br />3 developer subscription fees and receives from Xcel Energy credits on their bill. The amount of <br />4 the credit should be more than the subscription fee paid. Councilmember Stille <br />stated this is prudent financial management. <br />Mayor Faust stated this is the right thing to do in terms of sustainability. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Brever, to approve Resolution <br />16 -048 a Resolution Approving Solar Garden Subscription Agreements with United States Solar <br />Comoration and SolarStone Community LLC <br />Motion carried 5 -0 <br />B. Resolution 16 -049 a Resolution Authorizing Amended Election Services Agreement <br />with Ramsey County <br />City Manager Mark Casey reviewed the proposed amended elections agreement. The City <br />originally entered into an agreement with Ramsey County for election services on June 9, 2015. <br />The term of that agreement is due to expire on December 31, 2016. The amended agreement <br />extends the term of the agreement for four additional years with the term expiring December 31, <br />2020. The terms and conditions remain the same except for the addition of the City's <br />responsibility for costs of a presidential primary in 2020. <br />Motion by Councilmember Brever, seconded by Councilmember Stille to approve Resolution <br />16 -049 a Resolution Authorizing Amended Election Services Agreement with Ramsey County. <br />Motion carried 5 -0 <br />C.
