City of St. Anthony <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />City Council Chambers <br />Minutes <br />May 2, 2016 <br />Present: <br />Mayor & Council. Jerry Faust, Mayor; Hal Gray, Councilmember; Randy Stille, Councilmember; Jan Jenson, <br />Councilmember; and Bonnie Brever, Councilmember. <br />Absent: <br />None <br />Staff: <br />Mark Casey, City Manager <br />Consultants: <br />Breanne Rothstein, Planner and Amir Nadav, Solar Consultant <br />Call to Order: <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor Faust at 5:30 p.m. <br />Comprehensive Plan Update: <br />Rothstein reviewed trends, land use themes, housing themes along with discussion questions from steering <br />committee meetings and community visioning. An update on the progress of the Public Participation Plan was also <br />provided. <br />Community Solar Garden Subscription: <br />Nadav presented a memo detailing an opportunity for the City to subscribe to a community solar garden. By <br />consensus of the Mayor and Council staff was directed to provide the spreadsheet showing the calculations to <br />those councilmembers who wish to review and to bring the subscription agreement with approximately 500 <br />kilowatts subscription to a future City Council meeting. <br />Adjourn: <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:31 p.m. <br /> <br />Minutes respectfully submitted by Mark Casey, City Manager.
