Jerry Faust, Mayor; Hal Gray, Councilmember; Randy Stille, Councilmember; Jan Jenson, <br />Councilmember; and Bonnie Brever, Councilmember. <br />Absent: <br />None <br />Staff: <br />Mark Casey, City Manager, Jay Hartman, Public Works Director, Mike Larson, Liquor Operations Manager, John <br />Ohl, Police Chief, Jon Mangseth, Police Sergeant, Shelly Rueckert, Finance Director and Mark Sitarz, Fire Chief <br />Consultants: <br />Breanne Rothstein, Planner and Todd Hubmer, Engineer <br />Guests: <br />Scott Bentz, Parks Commission Chair, Jim Gondorchin, Planning Commission Chair <br />Call to Order: <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor Faust at 4:00 p.m. <br />Tour of the City: <br />All attendees toured the City. Items of interest included: discussion of native plantings, traffic counters on Silver <br />Lake Road, painting of Silver Lake bridge, green roof on water storage tank (seeking funds from MWMO), potential <br />park at the Pahl Ave stormwater retention pond, affordable housing at the former bowling alley site, redesign of <br />Kenzie Terrace, and removal of trees near the Cloud monument on the north end of Salo Pond. <br />Adjourn: <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:33 p.m. <br /> <br />Minutes respectfully submitted by Mark Casey, City Manager.
