The advantage for the City is the proceeds can be invested and the funds <br />replenished when used for MSA construction. <br />Councilmember Jenson asked if the requests are on a four -year cycle and Mr. Casey stated the <br />advance is based on dollars not years. <br />Motion by Councilmember Brever, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to approve Resolution <br />16 -052 a resolution Requesting an Advance from the Municipal State Aid Street Fund for <br />Calendar Year 2017 for the City of St. Anthony Village Minnesota <br />Motion carried 4 -0 <br />REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />City Manager Casey had no report this evening. <br />Councilmember Jenson had no report this evening. <br />Councilmember Gray had no report this evening. <br />Councilmember Brevet noted on June 6, 2016 she attended the Parks Commission meeting and <br />heard a GreenCorp presentation. On Sunday, June 12, Councilmember Brever attended the <br />Sister City Meeting. <br />Mayor Faust stated on June 2, 2016 he along with Councilmembers Brever and Stille attended <br />the Open House for Chief Ohl and Captain Cotroneo. He was astounded by all the residents in <br />attendance. <br />VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM - NONE <br />IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS - NONE <br />X.
