New Fire Code: Approximately every 3 years, the International Code Council <br />releases its new version of the International Fire Code. This code is then reviewed <br />and amended by the Minnesota Fire Marshal's office and subsequently adopted as <br />our Minnesota Fire Code. We in turn, as a municipal jurisdiction are allowed to <br />amend and adopt this code as our enforceable law or simply enforce the state <br />version.
