CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 9:05 P.M. <br />6 II. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Faust, and Commissioners Cavanaugh and <br />8 Thuesen. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Mornson. <br />10 Commissioners Absent: Secretary Marks. <br />I I III. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 8, 1998 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Faust, second by Thuesen to approve the September 8, 1998 HRA Agenda as <br />13 presented. <br />14 Motion carred unanimously, <br />15 IV. APPROVAL OF JULY 28, 1998 HRA MINUTES. <br />16 Motion by Faust, second by Thuesen to approve the July 28, 1998 HRA minutes as presented. <br />Motion carred unanimously. <br />18 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />19 Motion by Faust, second by Thuesen to approve the following claims: <br />20 <br />21 A. Repayment to County - Kenzie Economic District: <br />22 1. Hennepin County in the amount of $238,781.00 for repayment of unused District <br />23 certification funds. <br />24 B. Silver Lake Bridge Project: <br />25 1. Rieke Carroll Muller in the amount of $1,506.51 for professional services <br />26 rendered from June 28, 1998 to August 1, 1998 with regard to the Silver Lake <br />27 Road watermain. <br />28 C. Tennis Courts: <br />29 1. Dickson Electric in the amount of $19,315.00 for tennis court and parking lot <br />30 lighting, related power and controls. <br />31 2. Midwest Asphalt Corporation in the amount of $949.13 for surfacing of tennis <br />32 courts. <br />33 3. St. Croix Recreation Co. in the amount for $538.30 for litter receptacle. <br />34 4. TreemMendous, Inc. in the amount of $3,828.68 for 24 trees. <br />35 5. Marshall Concrete Products in the amount of: <br />36 a. $555.54 for landscape materials. <br />b. $555.54 for landscape materials. <br />C. $464.61 for landscape materials. <br />39 d. $598.26 for landscape materials. <br />
