Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of $66.25 for general legal services rendered <br />21 through July 31, 1998. <br />22 Cavanaugh asked whether 20% of the repayment to the County will be returned to the City. Mr. <br />23 Mornson confirmed that it would. <br />24 <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />26 Mr. Momson stated he attended a meeting with Jay Scott of Opus regarding Apache Plaza. Cavanaugh <br />27 asked whether someone was occupying Kentucky Fried Chicken. Jay Hartman, Public Works Director, <br />28 confirmed it is currently being rented. <br />29 Cavanaugh asked whether the possibility of redeveloping Kenzie Terrace into townhomes had been <br />30 explored. Chair Ranallo stated the City has not been approached by any developers about such a project. <br />31 VII.
