ZS <br />TIES Technical Support Department has several years' experience supporting Local Area <br />Networks involving Macintosh, MSDOS/Windows, UNIX and Host computers. The Technical <br />Support Department provides technical consulting to organizations outside the TIES <br />environment, including city government. <br />Time Frame and Cost <br />Phase I - <br />September, 1997 <br />Estimated 2 days of review and comment to prepare assumptions and formulate <br />preliminary assessment. <br />$900 daily rate - $1,800 <br />Phase 77 <br />October, 1997 <br />Estimated 2 days for focus group meetings and summarization. <br />$900 daily rate, per consultant - $1,800 <br />Phase III <br />Late October — Early November, 1997 <br />Estimated 4 days of review and comment to prepare final planning document. <br />$900 daily rate - $3,600 <br />Total $7,200 <br />This represents an estimated amount. TIES will bill for actual days worked on the project. The <br />project estimates will be reviewed at the end of Phase II before continuing with Phase M. <br />Additional services requested while on -site must be in writing and authorized by the proper agent <br />of the school and will increase billable hours. <br />Ii (Technology and Information Educational Services) <br />
