24 <br />Deliverables by TIES <br />1. Written summary of focus group meetings within two weeks after focus groups meetings are <br />concluded. <br />2. Written technology audit report for St. Anthony Village technology objectives. An executive <br />summary, suitable for presentation to the City Council will be included. Both proposals will <br />include network infrastructure alternatives. Reports will be delivered by November 14, 1997. <br />St. Anthony Village Role <br />1. Provide TIES with copies of existing planning documents by September 19, 1997. <br />2. Provide TIES with diagrams of current technology implementation, including locations of <br />existing Local Area Networks, File Servers, Host Computers and workstations by September <br />19, 1997. <br />Identify appropriate individuals for interviews and meetings to discuss technology <br />requirements by October 1, 1997. <br />4. Clarify expectations regarding content of a technology audit report by October 31, 1997. <br />Consultant's Background <br />TIES Mission is to provide leadership in the application of technology in education by means of <br />quality support services, training, consulting, processing, research and development so that our <br />member districts can achieve enhanced learning for students and cost - effective management. <br />TIES, since 1967, has provided comprehensive technology solutions to schools and educators. <br />TIES is a non - profit technology consortium of 90 full time staff providers to service 39 districts, <br />400 schools, and 250,000 students. <br />TIES provides one -stop services in Technical Support, Internet and networking services, <br />Applicant Search, Student and Administrative software applications, as well as customized <br />services on a request basis.
