24 <br />Deliverables by TIES <br />1. Written summary of focus group meetings within two weeks after focus groups meetings are <br />concluded. <br />2. Written technology audit report for St. Anthony Village technology objectives. An executive <br />summary, suitable for presentation to the City Council will be included. Both proposals will <br />include network infrastructure alternatives. Reports will be delivered by November 14, 1997. <br />St. Anthony Village Role <br />1. Provide TIES with copies of existing planning documents by September 19, 1997. <br />2. Provide TIES with diagrams of current technology implementation, including locations of <br />existing Local Area Networks, File Servers, Host Computers and workstations by September <br />19, 1997. <br />Identify appropriate individuals for interviews and meetings to discuss technology <br />requirements by October 1, 1997. <br />4.
