such policies to each participating <br />municipality, annually; and <br />6. Provide each participating municipality with a <br />copy of its Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, <br />Amendments thereto, and the IRS tax exempt <br />status letter. <br />D. Additional Parties. Upon the agreement of at <br />least 50% of the participating municipalities, <br />additional political subdivisions may be added <br />as additional participating municipalities by <br />each such political subdivision adopting a <br />resolution authorizing participation and the <br />execution of an addendum to this Joint Powers <br />Agreement whereby the additional municipality <br />agrees to be bound by the terms of this Joint <br />Powers Agreement. <br />E. Term.
