CALL TO ORDERIROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 9:24 P.M. <br />6 H. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair,Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary Marks, and <br />8 Commissioners Wagner and Faust. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Momson and City Attorney William Soth. <br />10 Commissioners Absent: None. <br />11 IH. APPROVAL OF NNE 24, 1997 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the June 24, 1997 HRA Agenda with <br />13 the following change: <br />14 Under V. Claims add: F. St. Marie Company - $724,000.00 plus the City's <br />15 share of closing costs via the purchase agreement <br />16 conditioned upon closing. <br />17 Motion carried unanimously. <br />q8 IV. APPROVAL OF NNE 9, 1997 HRA MINUTES. <br />19 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the June 9, 1997 HRA minutes as <br />20 presented. <br />21 Motion carried unanimously. <br />22 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />23 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the following claims: <br />24 A. Regarding 2534 Kenzie Terrace: <br />25 1. Abatement Services, Inc. in the amount of $1,050.00 for removal of <br />26 asbestos. <br />27 2. Lightning Disposal, Inc. in the amount of $218.00 for tire disposal, in <br />28 the amount of $454.12 for trash removal, and in the amount of $362.00 <br />29 for trash removal. <br />30 3. Metro Appliance Service. Inc. in the amount of $127.03 for, gas hose. <br />31 4. BFI Tire Recyclers of Minnesota. Inc. in the amount of $136.30 for tire <br />32 removal. <br />33 B. Sterling in the amount of $19,838.00 for upgrade of CCTV System in Police <br />34 Department. <br />35 C. Williams/O'Brien Associates Inc. in the amount of $735.10 for professional <br />services rendered through May 28, 1997 in regard to demolition contract. <br />7 D. DKH Excavating in the amount of $48,357.61 for demolition contract. <br />
