Housing and Redevelopment Authority Meeting Minutes <br />June 24, 1997 <br />• Page 3 <br />1 Morrison asked when the City could take action in regard to the non -completion of the <br />2 City Hall/Community Center construction by Graus Construction. <br />3 City Attorney Soth stated if the contractor is in default of the terms of the contract he <br />4 should be sent a notice of default. The City can notify the contractor that if the items <br />5 are not completed by a certain date, the contract is terminated and the City will hire <br />6 someone else to complete the work. The architect should advise the City if the <br />7 contractor is in default. <br />8 Enrooth asked if this would affect the warranty. <br />9 Soth stated he did not believe it would but he would like to review the contract. <br />10 XI.
