The leakage will be <br />2 spread out beneath the tennis courts and the preliminary cost from the contractor is <br />3 $3,850.00. This cost could increase but will be reimbursed to the City by the League <br />4 of Minnesota Cities insurance policy. <br />5 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve Change Order #1 for the Parkview <br />6 building in the amount of $3,850.00 for removal and placement of contaminated soil. <br />7 Motion carried unanimously. <br />8 <br />9 IX.
